For over 200 years, the name Bommersheim has stood for first-class hospitality. Our house has been in family hands for seven generations. In 1810, Johann Georg Bommersheim opened an inn on the property at the corner of Hauptstraße and Metzengasse. It soon enjoyed great popularity: numerous city dwellers from Frankfurt met here - for food and drink, for bowling or for dancing. The well-known painters' colony from neighboring Kronberg also found their regular pub here. It is also said that the young Bismarck once spent the night here as part of a hunting party.
Today's hotel was built in 1988 and has been successively expanded over the years. It has 35 rooms as well as 2 apartments and was rated as a comfort hotel with 3 stars superior within the framework of the 'German Hotel Classification'.
The Hotel Bommersheim is located in the immediate vicinity of all Eschborn and Schwalbach business parks and at the same time harmoniously embedded in the lush green countryside of the beautiful Vordertaunus.
Within a few minutes – a 13-minute ride – you can reach the Frankfurt trade fair grounds directly by S-Bahn every 15 minutes from Niederhöchstadt. Frankfurt's city center as well as the international Frankfurt airport can be reached in 20 minutes by car or just as quickly by public transportation.
The Hotel Bommersheim is like a small oasis of relaxation in the midst of Eschborn's pulsating business life and forms a haven of peace in the grown, idyllic district of Niederhöchstadt. High-rise buildings and the anonymous character of a commercial area are not to be found here. The green belt "Freizeitpark Oberwiesen", which runs directly behind the house, with its sculpture park and numerous footpaths, invites you to go for a walk or a jog.
We are pleased and it also makes us a little proud that our guests say again and again that they feel almost like at home with us and sometimes even like on vacation.
